A wet Christmas

Its Christmas Day and I hope you got a visit from Santa and all the goodies you asked for. We’ve enjoyed a fab Christmas dinner and now settled down for a nice chilled afternoon. I don’t really drink alcohol that much these days so two glasses of Sparkling wine and a tipple of port and I’m slightly light headed. Shame we didn’t have a nice white Christmas or a deep frosty sunny day but there is always next year.

The only unwelcome present was a development with my knee this morning. It had been a little sore last night but worse with some redness and a bit of a lump. I made the executive decision to start the antibiotics first thing today but it’s a bit worrying to say the least. I am not going to let that spoil my day though so I’ll just take the pills, forget about it and see how it goes.

I’m keeping it short and sweet today, so all that remains form me to say is have a wonderful Christmas and a brilliant Boxing Day.

May 2013 bring health and happiness to you and your family, and get that knee and stump sorted so you can get back up on two feet again! It will happen for you I am sure and I look forward to reading about it.
    Thank you
